Access to our site

Applications for credit and transactions concluded through our site

We will not supply services or credit to an individual unless they are at least 18 years old and are resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.

Where you make an application for credit, we will search your record with various credit reference agencies who will supply us with both credit and identity information about you. The credit reference agencies will add details of our search to your record whether or not your application is successful.

You understand that by making an application for credit through our site the result of any credit check will become part of your credit file and a record created to show that you have applied for finance.

Nothing in these Terms or on our site obliges us to arrange or provide you with credit once an application has been made through our site. Not all products and services are available in all geographic areas. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination and acceptance by us.

Jurisdiction, applicable law and miscellaneous
