How often are Card fees charged and when?

Once accepted, the annual Diners Club fee will appear on your first statement and will be charged annually on the anniversary date of this first charge.

How often will I receive statements?

Diners Club will provide you with a monthly statement detailing the balance on your account.  This statement will also include a summary of your accumulated rewards points.  If, however, the balance is zero and there has been no activity (eg, payments, charges, transactions) during the billing period, Diners Club will not send a statement.

For your most up-to-date account balance, you can use the online statements facility to view your transactions in between statements.

How do I find out my balance between statements?

The Customer Service Centre is able to confirm balances at any time - 0870 1900 011.  Statements and balances can also be obtained online.

What do I have to do if I have a question relating to any of the charges?

If you have a question, you must contact the Customer Service Centre UK: 0870 1900 011, Ireland: 0818 300 026 , within 30 days of the date of receipt of the account statement on which the expense you are querying appears. In your call, explain the issue and be prepared to send any supporting documentation.
